Mr. Dhir Panchamiya is a Mechanical Engineer (B.Tech.) with specialized certification training in Entrepreneurship Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and represents the next generation of leadership at MSP.
As one of the key driving forces behind MSP’s growth and evolution, he brings extensive experience of more than 10 Years in Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering & Product Development, Business Strategy, and Organizational Development. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position as a trusted manufacturing partner for leading Automotive, Steel, Defence, and Engineering Organizations.
His vision has been instrumental in Establishing Robust Manufacturing systems, expanding technological capabilities and fostering a culture of Quality, Reliability, and Customer-Centricity. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, he continues to guide MSP towards sustainable growth and global competitiveness.
Mr. Aman Panchamiya
Executive Director
Mr. Aman Panchamiya holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). Combining technical expertise with modern business insights, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening MSP’s future readiness through Process Excellence, and Strategic Growth Initiatives.
As Executive Director, having an experience of more than 6 years and is focused on Driving Modernization, Digital Transformation, Process Optimization, and Future-Ready Manufacturing Practices. Combining technical expertise with a progressive business outlook, he actively contributes to strengthening Operational Efficiency, Customer Engagement, and Strategic Expansion Initiatives.
His emphasis on Technology Adoption, Automation, and Continuous Improvement aligns with MSP’s vision of becoming a globally recognized engineering and manufacturing partner. He plays a key role in advancing the company’s capabilities while maintaining the core values of Quality, Integrity, and Customer Satisfaction that have defined MSP for over five decades.
